H0LES products are only intended to be used while you are stationary in a safe location or otherwise remain at no foreseeable risk of being injured or injuring others.

H0LES products are provided as is and as available without any representations or warranties, either express or implied by statute, common law, equity, trade, custom or usage, or otherwise, OTHER THAN GOOD TITLE. to the maximum extent permitted by law, h0les disclaimS all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. the total liability of h0les for any claims arising from or related to your use of A h0les product is limited to the amount FOR WHICH you PURCHASED the h0les product upon which your claim is made.

In no case shall any owner, employee, or agent of H0LES be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages that is not reasonably foreseeable, whether based in tort (including but not limited to negligence), contract, or otherwise, arising from or related to your use of a H0LES product. In jurisdictions that disallow exclusions or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the liability of any owner, employee, or agent of H0LES shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If a particular provision of the Terms is deemed unenforceable, that term shall be considered severable or limited to the minimum extent necessary. Elimination or limitation of an unenforceable provision shall not affect any remaining provision of the Terms.
